I have a new script and a new character.
I have replaced officer Tom Byrnes with "1st Policeman", an unnamed police officer, just like the other original police officer, played by my Mum. This new "1st Policeman" is played by my Dad, and takes the lines the original Tom Byrnes in the police office.
The new Tom Byrnes is still in the opening but is now just not seen in the scene in the office, due to the fact that I did not like the continuous scene therefore I will change it.
I will film later today but with this new script:
Script:
INT. POLICE OFFICE - DAYLIGHT
Medium shot tracking 1st Police Officer: “BILLY BURKE!”
Close up- Policeman throwing down a newspaper
Long shot of two policemen in office- “Tom, finally we have got his name”
Close up shot of other policeman- “ He is the one, running this city, not us and we are the police, the master pickpocketer of the streets and he is only sixteen”
Medium shot of 1st Police Officer- “apparently they call him the gentleman thief, we need to find this boy now, too many have become a victim of his petty games”
Long shot of other policemen- “His petty games are no longer petty, hundreds of people have reported him, he is causing chaos”
Close up of 1st Police Officer- “He is the descendant of Billy Burke and Sophie Lyons, what do you expect, we need to be more intelligent than him, think like him, deploy Operation 101, deploy our special ops agent, Tom Byrnes, he will sort this out.
